Mr. Orloski graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Kings College in 1968 and received his J.D. degree from The Cornell University School of Law in 1971. While in law school, Mr. Orloski was the Assistant Editor for the Cornell Law Forum (1970-1971). Upon completion of law school, Rick worked in Pennsylvania's Attorney General's office during 1972-1974 and Lehigh County's District Attorney's office during 1974-1977 before going into private civil law practice.
Mr. Orloski focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, civil rights and employment discrimination. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Pennsylvania, and in United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
