The Orloski Law Firm started in 1986 when Richard J. Orloski opened his office on Cedar Crest Boulevard in Allentown. Prior to opening the firm, Rick worked in both the public and private sector. Throughout his career, Rick has earned a reputation as a tough litigator fighting for the rights of civil litigants in the Lehigh Valley.
Since its inception, two of Rick's sons have joined the practice, Richard Law Orloski, Esquire and Kevin Law Orloski, Esquire, who followed in their father's foot steps.

Richard L. Orloski obtained his undergraduate degree at Cornell University in 1994 and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University School of Law in 1997.
During law school, Richard was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal. After graduating, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Alan M. Black in the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas.
Since completing his clerkship, Mr. Orloski has successfully tried cases to verdict in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania. He has also argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, resulting in several reported decisions.
